Account & Registration

To register, you'll need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number, an email address, your full name, and date of birth. You must be 18 or older. Registration page Go ahead and create your account in just 3 minutes.

No. Under ag9999's policy, each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Mobile number verification is mandatory — you'll need to verify via OTP. Email verification is optional, but having it set up makes password recovery easier. Skipping verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

Withdrawals via Mobile Pay or Nagad are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–6 hours. Additional time may be needed if KYC verification is required. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
