These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the ag9999 platform and its members. By registering or using ag9999's services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the guidelines of international gaming regulatory bodies. ag9999 reserves the right to update the terms at any time, with members notified at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notification.

Applicability

• These Terms apply to the ag9999 website, mobile app, and all other digital services.
• In the event of any dispute, the Bengali-language version of these terms shall be considered final and binding.
• Where special promotions carry their own terms, those terms supplement — not replace — these main terms and conditions.

Each member at ag9999 may register only one account. If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

What you must provide accurately at registration

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID)
• An active mobile number registered in your own name
• Correct date of birth — for age verification purposes
• Valid payment details (Mobile Pay / Nagad / bank account)

Account Security

Keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility. Never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (via Mobile Pay & Nagad)
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day (standard members); higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Deposits will be credited to your balance within 15 minutes. If there is a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal methods must match the original deposit method — in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (above ৳50,000).

Prohibited Transactions

Money laundering, fraud, or transactions involving funds obtained through illegal means are strictly prohibited on ag9999. Any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately closed.

Ag9999's bonus offers are designed to give members more opportunities to play. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus (200%)

• Available to newly registered members on their first deposit only.
• Maximum bonus amount: ৳30,000
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered ×12 times.
• Wagering completion deadline: 30 days.
• A maximum of 20% of the bonus balance may be used per bet.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Claiming Bonuses from Multiple Accounts Under the Same Household or IP Address
• Evidence of bonus abuse (attempting to complete wagering requirements using only low-risk bets)
• Claiming bonuses using false information
• Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe

All games on ag9999 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, and their fairness is regularly verified by third-party auditors. Cheating or attempting to cheat in any game is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Ag9999's Limitation of Liability

• Ag9999 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Ag9999 is not directly liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Ag9999 will not be held responsible for any account loss resulting from a member's own negligence.

Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, contact the support team first. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, escalate via email. For complex disputes, ag9999 will accept mediation by a neutral third party.

Requested by the member themselves

You can close your account at any time. Simply request it through support — any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.

Ag9999 may close an account when

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• Registering with a false identity
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found
• Evidence of cheating or use of unauthorized software in any game
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• Refusing to complete KYC verification

Ag9999 may update its terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes via email and platform notifications.
